Preparations are underway for our Spring Art Show & Basket Raffle. With that in mind, we would like to give all our families an opportunity to participate in this great event. The Spring Art Show and Basket Raffle will be held on Tuesday, March 12 from 6:30pm until 7:30pm.
Our Spring Show baskets will focus on different themes. We ask that you look over the themes and donate to the basket of your choice. The themes include water play, sand play, construction play, nature play, and dramatic play. (A letter will come home with your child with more specific ideas for each basket.) These baskets will be raffled off during the art show.
We are aware that many families in our program have their own businesses, have special talents and skills, etc. We are asking for donations of gift cards, goods, and services to be included within our Basket Raffle.
All businesses will receive advertisement at our event and will be included on our Tree of Thanks and listed in the April newsletter. This is a great way for families to get the word out about their services and goods.
On March 12, the preschool will be having a 2 hour day. We are looking for volunteers for setting up the art show and for providing childcare during set up. This would be from 11:30am – 2:00pm but can be done in shifts.
We would also like volunteers in the days prior to the show to mount and tag the art work. This can be done at home if preferred.
